HeadCount Management system

The Walt Disney Company Latin America came to us with the need of a new system that would let them administer the Human Resources process of the region in a centralized, automatized way. We provided development and UX design services to deliver a strong, scalable and easy to use realization of their idea.

Our .Net Labs handled the full cycle of the HCM system development, including functional analysis, architecture, coding, testing and implementation of the product. They worked closely with our Design Labs who provided visual design and UI services.

The project was a success. The HCM system allowed Disney Latin America to automatize tasks that were previously done manually as well as have complete control and direct access to the employees database of the region. HCM is now being implemented in other subsidiaries of the company.
