NetSuite Integration

TransCard specializes in providing on-demand prepaids programs for corporate, non-profit and government organizations. To do so they use a sophisticated proprietary technology platform that allows their customer to manage all aspects of their prepaid card program, including set-up, sponsorship, card issuing, payment processing and card and packaging customization.

In their pursuit of delivering an easy to use service to all of their customers, TransCard came to us with a solid plan to integrate their solution to NetSuite, the world’s leading cloud ERP solution.

Our team was able to deliver a seamless integration between both systems in just 8 weeks and with a lean team of three (one developer, one Business Analyst and one QA). The integration included the possibility to make bulk or individual purchase credit cards from Transcard to individual or multiple employees and the possibility to consult the status of those transactions in Netsuite as well as make direct deposit into the Transcard credit cards during payroll.

Our team worked closely with the TransCard team, delivering incremental releases and live demonstration of the product in a per week basis. Working in short, focused sprints of functionality allowed us to identify changes and new requests earlier, giving TransCard the freedom to adjust the product to meet their shifting market requirements.
